Another Tuesday, meaning another TV Tuesday!

Today’s TV Tuesday spotlight is taken by NCIS!

For those of you that don’t know NCIS is shortened for Navy Criminal Investigation Services, and it’s an actual government organization to help solve crimes committed against those in Naval Services. And this show takes on a new spin to what it may be like within the NCIS organization, solving crimes with a team leader and special agents as teammates that will do nothing but make movie references while another is a writer that writes who knows what based off of his or her own teammates and one being the newest on the team to be called “Probe” that just happens to be very smart if not for very sarcastic.

Even though in real workspace from what people have to say, whatever team you get assigned to, no every team may turn out to the team leader Gibb’s team as the television show NCIS portrays it to be. But having to go through all the steps that they do to figure out exactly what goes on in NCIS is very interesting – Or at least in my opinion it is. The fact that few of the most unlikely characters are all together solving crime mysteries together makes it all the worth while – Especially when having to add in very odd character like Ducky, also known as Dr. Donald Mellard, who is a medical examiner for NCIS.

Unlike most television series, the one thing that sets NCIS show apart from most is the story line. There’s really no set story line to it all unless if having to bring up old characters of the past that had once been part of the series in order to refer to them, or bringing up old cases to make references to it in order to try and see if there are any connections between the one that they are trying to solve in that one episode and the one that had been solved early on in the series. Otherwise, the only other way that the series maintain its story is if one case takes two or more episodes to finish solving a case.

This show may bring at least some if not all the audience members to believe that NCIS is all fun and games when working in the team because only one team asset is shown, but what is failed to be realized that there is far more what others see – Such as stress and not always getting team leader like Gibbs, nor having medical examiner that’s odd like Ducky, and Abby, the forensic scientist, with odd quirks of her own and odd ways of being able to work.

NCIS is full of up and down rollercoaster rides with having to lose great teammates and gaining other members of the team that may be just as good of an asset in their own different ways with different qualities as a person. If having to solve crimes committed against the murdered Marines, and being interested greatly in investigation in terms of having to steps approached, at least in terms of how the show decides to portray it to the world, NCIS show is the right for you! And if you’re into actions as well, that may be a plus in this show time and time again!
